Our phones are on 24/7 so if you need a job done urgently, Bayzone Plumbing can help. We generally do our best to return customer calls within 2 hours of placing a request.

Do I need to choose appliances that are star rated?

Star ratings on appliances are important. They cost a little more but will save you money over time because they perform more efficiently.

I have an old toilet and am looking to upgrade. What should I get?

Old toilets can use up to 12 litres of water for every flush. Our top tip for saving water would be to replace these old style single flush toilets with a new dual flush cistern. Bayzone Plumbing can do full replacements of old toilets with new toilet suites. We also repair and replace washers, outlet valves, inlet valves, stop taps, toilet seats, damaged toilet pans and cisterns.

How do I pay for the services taken out by Bayzone Plumbing?

Bayzone Plumbing accepts payment by direct debit bank transfer, cheque and cash.
